Understanding our approach

Our BBQ is being done Low & Slow in order to achieve a unique tasting experience.

We smoke our food:

Brisket – 12 hours

Pork Ribs – 6 hours

Pork Shoulder – 10 hours

Flinstone Beef Rib 8 hours

Chicken Rotisserie – 1 hour

Hence the reason why we have Food Serving Times and have a maximum of 1 hour ordering time.
